I truly give up. What else can I loose, mislay or put down never to be seen again? #annoying #screaming

Saturday, December 20, 2014

I knew I shouldn't have looked ...
" Do not take these Antibiotics with alcohol (and only with, or having recently eaten, food)" sentence having been para phrased from memory
Oh ... fig.

Am looking at my Camera Bag, thinking "yeah! What can I do?"
But then I look at my diary! 😢 😠

Sunday, November 30, 2014

As X Factor starts to blare out from the TV, my "proper" mind says "time to change channel".
But I've just looked through the TV Guide (on BT Vision as that guide actually works) and there is pretty much nothing on.
Mostly repeats upon repeats.
At least X Factor are just about to show Queen!!!
"We will Rock You"

Has any other fellow Sky Subscriber had the same problem since the Sky Guide has been updated?
When navigating through the guide it takes upto 30 odd seconds to switch channels.
Channels are then identified as being unavailable as they are faulty.
It's not the box downstairs,as the the multi room box is also doing it - and, having carried out the usual, to wit a Google search for a solution, I have tried multiple solutions - all to no effect.
Any idea's?

Am feeling around 75-80% (still sore faced) but keep walking passed the washed clothes pile, feeling guilty.
Should I be Ironing???

Question!
How can anyone lose the lid off the kettle?
More to the point, it's missing when you find it, but you still try and use it without steaming your fingers

How banal can life get.
Am watching Chris Ramsey on Live at the Apollo, at 4in the morning, taking the mick out of technology and social media.
And what do I do?

Saturday, November 29, 2014

I worry that the wider world thinks everyone in the UK believe in the present rhetoric coming from Cameron and Farage.
As previously stated " they don't speak for me"

Wednesday, November 26, 2014

Am watch the teatime news start - Who missed a Fly Tip over 1km long?

Tuesday, November 25, 2014

You can really go off some people - one of Lewis Hamilton's winning Mercedes Silver Arrows is parked outside their studio.
Lucky hounds......

Monday, November 24, 2014

Am slowly being driven mad by the broadband.
Either it works, or it doesn't.
But to do both, and then nothing - ARRRGGGGHHHHH!!!

Sunday, November 23, 2014

Am still sat, quietly, processing yesterday's spontaneous Football Game. Even though it feels like I have deleted a 1000 dodgy images, the good ones are still coming

It was really nice to see three mad kids (and, yes I DO include the "mad" 23 year old Kid) and one mad dog, play daft football down the side of the house.
It was a good job the camera was set to continuous shot, plenty to delete.
But plenty more to keep

God I really hate looking toward a very very difficult day ....
Being "forced" to watch an Englishman win the Malaysian EPrix (#Samboost).
And now having to struggle to watch replays of the F1 practise 1 & 2.
Then, around dinner, and always with a hung head and haunted eyes, I will have to watch the F1 qualifiying.
I really hate a rough, hard day ;0)

Friday, November 21, 2014

Love Dougal's face. I give him a bone and he goes straight in to "mine" mode. Nothing nasty, no teeth or growling, just a look in the eyes. And it happens EVERYTIME he gets a bone. At least he's not trying to pinch my breakfast 😊 😙

Thursday, November 13, 2014

Having sufficiently beat myself up about once again failing to complete the "must go to Archery"plan last night, am now watching you tube through the main TV.
This has a number of advantages, and, also, quite a few disadvantages.
I had forgotten how many you tube video's are just pure waffle.
And, when, oh when, will of friends from over the pond ever learn that a Longbow never ever has an arrow shelf!! ;0)

Sunday, November 09, 2014

I'm am sometimes so thick, I wonder how I have the ability to breathe.
Now the routers changed all the settings for the network drives have gone south, and I'm sure there are now "device" that will no longer connect to the wifi.
Will now start to beat myself with a wet towel #thicky #knewishouldhaveleftalone #feelinganidiot

I can't believe how much grief a faulty router port on the back of my BT Hub has given me this afternoon.
That and TWO dead external Hard Drives!!

I could scream!!!
It took me an age to find a small info booklet that goes with my camera Flashgun.
I put it down and now I can't find it again.
Aaarrrgggghhh

Am wondering if our Puppy is becoming a bit of a wimp.
He comes running upto the back door ready to rush outside, bark at the sky and then run round the garden in the dark, as he always does at this time of the day.
Well, today, the rush for the door occurs. The nose flicks the keys hanging in the lock.
The usual "fight"to open the door before he charges through it occurs, as normal.
But, unlike yesterday, and every other day, the anchors are thrown on as he slides upto the door.
This little nose inches out of the gap.
He peeps slowly out of the door and then looks back over his shoulder with the "do you think I'm going out in that? Are you mad"
He then does a total U turn, and wanders over to his dinner bowl - food is preferable to high winds and rain.

"Hello darkness my best friend"
Why have I got Simon and Garfunkle bouncing round my mind this early in the morning

Am really not looking forward to tonight.
Dougal really hasn't liked the fireworks so far this year, and that was with relatively intermittant bursts.
Shall have to look after him then. He will hate that.

Whoops = just realised I've Boo Boo'ed #whatanidiot #needtolearntocount

I really must give up trying to make plans.
I have at least three personal "projects", including painting and photo's, thjat have been abandoned (sort of). And the list of chores grows longer by the minute.
And, I feel as dreary as the weather.
At least Puppy's happy - he's curled up on the settee, nose tucked under a paw, with his eyes shut.
But you watch him move, when I move ;0)

Friday, October 31, 2014

Probably not the best thing to try and take photos with the only light coming from the TV!

You have to love the face of a man who knows that he has wasted his first round score on Mastermind by failing fairly miserably in the general knowledge round.

Have just received an email with a list of up and coming Auctions with the ability to bid on line.
Does anyone want to bid on a Combined Harvester?

It's going to be a long Fireworks Season.
Poor Douggie is doing his nut every time someone let's off even the smallest amount of pyrotechnics.

Well done Laceby Parish Council.
Forcing the fella to take out an insurance policy so he can keep Bees on an Allotment.
And the insurance is in case someone gets stung by a bee.
How do you know which Bee is the guilty party

Wednesday, October 29, 2014

A big smile remains on my face.
Steph, off BBC Breakfast, has just interviewed a German Teenager about his shopping habits.
"Do you go shopping with your family, your Mum? "
" Yes"
"Why? "
" I don't have to pay "
Although paraphrased, it's nice to see teenagers are the same all across Europe

Stupid body clock - why doesn't it automatically adjust for Day Light savings time?

Sunday, October 26, 2014

I really must find something more intelligent to watch.
Tonight, having seen both major bots of Strictly and X factor, I am beginning to wonder, yet again, am I watching the same program as the rest of the British Public?

Saturday, October 25, 2014

Arrggghhh mental block! Stupid passwords - can't seem to remember any of them this morning #feelingthick #brightasagoldfish

Friday, October 24, 2014

What???

Pointless question- -"name any character in the following Shakespeare plays with a SPEAKING part"
The question passed up and down the panellists until it came to one particular lady.
She had a little of that "a rabbit in headlights" look.
Then came the comment " I know little of Shakespeare, but I do remember the skull in Hamlet" (kind of paraphrased)
And that was followed by the answer "Jorik"
Still not sure he had a speaking part.

Wednesday, October 22, 2014

I wonder if there is something in the air?
As I am a big, rough tough bloke, why is it that I always get something in my eye when DIY SOS & Surprise Surprise is on.
Must be Steel Works dust ;0)

Monday, October 20, 2014

Am not sure what this really means, but Puppy's eaten more of my breakfast than I did? #nothungry #startingmanflu

Saturday, October 18, 2014

Is this just good memory, or is it class one numpty-ism?
Have just tried entering a password that has been changed twice since I used it!
DOH!

Friday, October 17, 2014

HaHa. Am just logging on for work and puppy is curled up, asleep, on the settee next to me.
And he's snoring!
I didn't know dogs snored.

Wednesday, October 15, 2014

Am always perplexed when People hurtle across any busy road, usually within feet of a bonefide Pedestrian crossing.
WHY? #confused

Tuesday, October 14, 2014

What a grim start to the day.
Anyone would think it's winter.
Whoops, nearly

The lights of the Las Vegas Strip.
Casino's
Large scale TV coverage (well sort of)
And a Million Dollar prize.
And what high power sport has attracted this form of attention?
Have you guessed yet.
That's right, you've got it.
It's CHESS!!
Really?

Sunday, October 12, 2014

"David, we have moved you over to Messenger".
This was the message that met me on Facebook this morning.
Well thank you for nothing FB, I didn't wish, want, or have the will to move to your unnecessary upgrade. I was fine using the system within the same program, I had no need for a separate app.
Thanks for giving me no choice in the matter.
Stuff you!

Saturday, October 11, 2014

Need to go out "for some bits", but the final practice for the Russian GP is on the BBC.
But, if I go now, I then get to watch qualifying around dinner time.
Oh, decisions, decisions 😊

Looks like it could be a busy weekend.
F1, BTCC and a few other decent sports.
Why can't it rain then? 😈 😄 😊

AArrgghhhhhhhhh.............
Stupid Technology. The Vision box is now showing No Internet and No TV signal even though the TV sat on top of it will show Freeview directly, and I have plgged a laptop into the ethernet feed and can watch iplayer etc without a problem.
3 Pin reset I guess?

Friday, October 10, 2014

This must be angry Friday?
Have just watched a piece of a fella who has worked all his life. He has served his Country and is quite rightly proud of what he has done. And, throughout, he has volunteered to help anyone and everyone that he could assist.
A decent, proud, good man
However, in recent times he has had to gain assistance form the state.
One day he walks into the Job Centre, in Uniform, after volunteering to sell Poppies in a Supermarket Carpark.
The Gophers then stop his payments for over 6 weeks because he didn't "fill in a form to tell them he was volunteering"
And, and this is the measure of the man, when everything was sorted out, he holds no grudges against the system that robbed him.
I'm damn sure I wouldn't be that forgiving.
It's good to see that there are good, decent people out there.
Human nature is still good.

Whoops.....
UKIP wins a by election.
Oh Dear

Ebola

Don't get me wrong, Ebola is an extremely dangerous contagion, but, as usual the UK panics.
The US authorities want to screen incoming West Africians for those who show a fever.
Great, that just shows that you are, actually, upto 20days to late.
So what doēs the UK do.
Nothing much, in the first instance.
And then, within the day, it does a full U turn and follows the US "lead". They are even going ask traveller to fill in a survey too, just to see where people have been and who they have been on contact with.
What happens to those thousand's who come into the UK "by other means"
If we are going to Panic, shouldn't they be the ones be we should be more worried about.
And this isn't me picking on "Illegals".
Some of them are criminals, but the majority are just desparate for a safer, better life.
So its always escapes me why they would want to come here in the first place, but, as a civilised Nation, we should be helping, not vilifiying.
But we are, also, not screening them.
We should be encouraging them to make themseleves "available"
Sadly, instead of maintaining the health of those from all round the world, it would, of course, become an immigration round up.
So the possible infections and contaigains that could come with them will remain hidden.
Until it's too late.

You can't knock "God save the Queen" playing at the end of a race.
Well Done Lewis.
I hope Jules isn't badly hurt though

A thought?
A Formula 1 car is, effectively, an open cockpit.
While it rains, do the cars have drainage holes or do the driver's wallow in a mobile puddle.

I do enjoy watching Mastermind ( #mastermind ), but once you get used to specialist subjects including The Stones, to finish the list with King Ludwig of Bavaria??

Thursday, October 02, 2014

The BBC Evening news has just proferred the question "Do we really know what's really living under the Sea?"
I offer "Hamsters and Squirrels in Frog Suits"

Have just done a double take.
Apparently Nik Griffin has been removed as a member of the BNP.
Was he too extreme for them?

Well thank you Mr Cameron, Mr Milliband and Mr Farage (and that other bloke 😉 😈)
The party conference season is (has) drawn to a close.
You can tell an Election is only a few months away.
The bribes and false promises are now pouring out. The "you should only vote for us because they are...." statements have started.
I want information and action, not bluster and accusations.
I suspect I'm going to be disappointed

Am having a fasting blood test this morning, and the only real thing that bothers me is the fact I can't have a Coffee

Monday, September 29, 2014

That has to be one of the funniest things I have seen on TV.
The BBC Breakfast reporter is interviewing a three foot wide Cassette Tape!

Sunday, September 28, 2014

Isn't life sad.
You walk into Tesco's to buy "Kitchen items" for Laura to take back to Uni, but come out with a sound Star Trek Tee Shirt.
Well it was in a sale 😊😈

Thursday, September 25, 2014

Stupid idea - why do laptop manufacturers make the label with the serial number so small that you need a microscope to read the damn thing.

Saturday, September 20, 2014

Flipping Typical....

It could only happen to me. I get home to loose my voice to little more than a squeek.
And, this morning, nothing has improved.
Oh Nuts!

Monday, September 15, 2014

That has made my day.
BBC Breakfast trying to do an interview with Elmo and the Cookie Monster - smiles all round.

Saturday, September 13, 2014

Just going to make sure Laura's been fed before we head back for home.
Am impressed with her digs I have to say

Thursday, September 11, 2014

That's made my day ....

that has made my day. Awake up with a smile.
Am, as usual, watching the BBC Breakfast news when one of the best newspaper comments I have heard in a long time.
The story goes like this "A man, who's partner is pregnant, has been signed off work with MORNING SICKNESS" (the words are an approximation as the brain isn't working well this morning)
What more can you say?
#bbcbreakfast #sympatheticman?

There has been a trend on Facebook, in the last few days, to see a number of “My Copyright” posts.
It would appear that Facebook has come over all God Like and have decided that they can use your Pictures, your posts, your intellectual property, as they see fit.
What worries me about this is that these posts seem (and I apologise if this is incorrect) to cite American Statute. Not that there is anything wrong with that but as I live here in the UK, and that Facebook, I believe, also has a UK presence, they should also abide with UK and European Law as well.
But that IS NOT the real point.
Facebook is a service that I CHOOSE to use and, anything I add to that service, is for the use of, or the entertainment of, the people I choose (allow?) to befriend me on the said service.
The bottom line, be it Facebook or any other Social Networking service, is that even though I choose to post those “articles” via this service, they belong to ME (and, by my implication, anyone who is part of that image) and should not be used without my (or their) specific instructions.
I tend to be one of those people that tries to restrict who can see my photos, my video’s and the like (as a general rule). If they are family photos, I want them to stay as family photos. If I want the whole world to see my efforts, I will adjust the settings like wise.
But even then I will be allowing the world to VIEW my efforts. It is NO and authorisation to take them, steal them, for their own use.
I do realise that there are “issues” with this belief.
Many Stories, Selfies and “proper” Photographs appear on the likes of Twitter every day.
But, particularly on Twitter, it is my belief that things are slightly different.
It is implied by use of Twitter (and to that extent – Facebook) that by publishing these musings, these photos in such a Public manner they are open (to an extent) to be openly used by all and sundry. That said, Twitter doesn’t take those images for their own use (as far as I know) and, it

Saturday, August 30, 2014

Am sat, feeling absolutely shattered, trying to wake up and get ready for one of my rostered Saturdays at work.
My eyes are sore and my mind numb.
But at least Puppy is happy to see me.
Time to get sorted and, I guess, time for a fortifying coffee and a rather large breakfast.
Have a nice day everyone.

"There was an old Telephone Engineer who swallowed a fly. I don't know why he swallowed a fly. Perhaps he'll die"
"There was an Old Telephone Engineer who swallowed another fly"
He decided he was stood in the wrong place wearing a Hi-Viz Jacket.

Is it wrong to smile when you hear that Hull Tigers have been "dumped" (the BBC's description) out of a European competiton after only two games.
It does feel sort of wrong, but I can't help it 😉 😄

Saturday, August 23, 2014

You have to laugh (or you would scream).
The weekend plan (what to do and when) was destroyed within 10 minutes of waking up.
#igiveup #planwhatplan

Thursday, August 21, 2014

can you tell I'm bored waiting to start work at 10:00?
#bored #hatestartingat10

woo, yet another major Furniture Retailer is having a Bank Holiday Sale.
Now there's something that doesn't happen very often.
I really should rush off and see if there is anything that I could benefit from...

Another Bank Holiday Weekend..

Yeah Gods yet another Bank Holiday Weekend.
Am guessing that there's not going to be much doing, as usual.
Oh,hang on there a moment.
According to my sad Dad/Geek Electronic diary there is a small race in Belgum.
Someone else mentioned there may well be televised coverage of a couple of MotorBikes meandering round a track somewhere near Louth.
And, apparently, Jason Plato is running a track day at Knockhill.
There, told you. Typical Bank Holiday - nothing happening.

Tuesday, August 19, 2014

Strang thought of the day.
As most people who know me know, I have more than a passing interest in Extraterrestrials and UFO's. Although I don't subscribe to this necessarily, there are a few that believe that aliens walk amongst us.
What if these Aliens are our pets?
Ideal situation from monitoring what we do. A pretty good position to start throwing in various "test"
Seeing as Dougal ranges from fairly smart to as mad as a box of frogs you have to wonder.
Do I believe there is life on other planets? Well yes.
Are they here. I doubt it.

Monday, August 18, 2014

Here is an abject leason in leaving things well alone.
Over the last few days one of my External Hard Drives occassionally "vanished" off the house network.
It wasn't anything difficult, but, on occassion, just plain annoying.
So I "fixed"it.
Now I can't see it at all and am having to try and reset the system to pick it up again.
"Slap wrist and leave alone"

Sunday, August 17, 2014

That was good timing. Have swapped channel (and viewing box) to watch the MotorGP package on BT Sports.
And what do I see.
Marques Junior doing what Marques Snr seems to be doing.
Dominating
Well, maybe not.

Oh damn it.
Have just taken out the keyboard I brought with one of the tablets, and the F8 key is missing.
And I haven't got a clue where its vanished too.
That is really going to rankle all day... :0(

What a weekend!
All but one of us (so far) struck down with one wandering plague or another.
Am now just waiting for the infamous "summer cold" 😉 😒

Saturday, August 16, 2014

Big smile - have just found a EuroSport reply of the last World Super-bikes race

Some people get all the luck. BBC weather wonder Carol Kirkwood get to do the weather next to the two Lancaster's.
Am I jealous?

Mardy Face - sore nose and an aching head.
And a full day at work. Oh Joy ...

Tuesday, August 12, 2014

R. I. P Robin Williams.
Look out heaven, here comes a whirlwind of laughter.

Sunday, August 10, 2014

Oh joy - the thunder has started and Dougal is once again doing his nut.
Positive though - Liverpool are beating Borussia Dortmund

Whoa.

I know I shouldn't laugh - but it doesn't stop you smiling inside.
The BBC lunch time news passed over to their rather drenched reporter at Peacehaven.
The wind noise was so loud, the only word I could make out was "Milfordhaven"
Bless him, a professional to the end.

Saturday, August 09, 2014

I could absolutely scream.
Too many websites and so MANY passwords.
My brain is melting.
I wouldn’t mind so much if I could even remember the password for the password app I was trying to use.
#mymindisabouttopop#wishicouldremember

"Grumble, Grumble, achy knees, mumble, mumble, wet through. Grumble, mumble, headache and sore eyes from work"
Big smiles - its the end of the working week and I'm at home - happy weekend everyone

Can't Dance ...

Have just watched Sky's advert for the new series of their Dance Show/Competiton.
All lot of people with the obvious ability to move in all sorts of unusual directions without causing themselves any harm what-so-ever..
Me?
I would be happy with the ability to move

Saturday, August 02, 2014

Monday, July 28, 2014

You can't beat it.
Am watching a show about Robin Hood, along with a mug of freshly made tea.
You can't beat it! #archery #robinhood

Tuesday, July 22, 2014

Has happens quite often in summer, a Butterfly comes into the kitchen and traps it's self against the window. Gently I cup it in my hands and release it back in to the garden.
I give it one more look, hoping to see it fly away just to see it fly straight into the garage.
Whoops!

Monday, July 21, 2014

Yeah Gods...
My trainers really must hum.
My nose is all blocked and "sinusey" and, even with that I can smell them - oh dear

I really should stop watching Animal welfare programmes.
It makes me so angry.
4 smart, intelligent German Shepherd's trapped in the most abysmal of backyards.
All they wanted was someone to say hello and let them out (even though they did jump a tall wall themselves)
Good on the RSPCA

Sunday, July 20, 2014

Thank you Mr Thunder Storm.
Your loud. Your bright.
And you send the poor Dog mental.
And now, I'm awake.
Drat!!

Saturday, July 19, 2014

Although I do like the latest variant of Battlestar Galactica (for lots of different reasons as to way I do like the original), I do miss one thing (well two things).
And they really are stupid reasons too.
I sort of miss the way the Cylon Centurians made that "swishing" noise all the time. The fact that it was obviousthat they were actors in suits, that all the Cylon's where around 6 foot tall, and humanoid.
And the, best "thing" of all was, when given an order by a superior, they would answer in that sort of metalic voice, "By Your Command!!"

Friday, July 18, 2014

Isn't that just typical British Weather?
The weather of the morning was supposed to build up to 28-30 degree's. But, of course, it didn't. My world was cool, cloudy and occassionally bothered but spits and spots of rain.
Then, having been lead to believe that afternoon would degrade into Thunder Storms and rain showers, and the Sun is out, and getting warmer.
I should know better than try and work out the weather

It makes me smile.
Dougal was "resting" on the floor against my right foot.
I stood up, went into the kitchen, get a drink and then sit back down again .
Dougal then does two circuits of the front room, two turns on the spot and then goes back to "sleep" on my left foot (leaning against my shin)

Yeah!!!
I got a Pointless Answer in round 1 - William Christopher from MASH

Can it be too quiet?

Can it be too quiet? I have just turned the TV off and the whole house has gone really quiet. You can hear the pump on the Fish Tank and Dougal shuffling.
But, other than that, nothing.
And I don't think I like it..

Thursday, July 17, 2014

Whoops - I do wish the person who used the last piece of toilet paper , replaced the roll. 😠😳

Thursday, July 10, 2014

If your bin wasn't collected today, the following link may well be of some use (basically the Council are gping to attmept to catch up on Saturaday)
http://www.northlincs.gov.uk/your-council/about-your-council/news/latest-news/service-disruptions-due-to-strike-action/

Public Service Strike ...

Am guessing, from the fact that the Recycling Bins are still at the gate, and still full of the carefully sorted grass, plastics and cardboard, that the Bin Men have been on strike today.

Guess I should mozy over to the Council Website to see if they have made any alternative arrangements.

Tattoo's...

09 JULY 2014, 13:39
Have just finished lunch and am just about to go to the next job.
I am also wondering what to do first when I get home.
Isn't my life a constant thril?

Is this a real word?

Is this a valid word?
QUOTE:"Hay Dougie, what are you WOOFERING at?"
Have I heard this somewhere, or did I just invent it.

A guessing I'm doomed to damnation all I see is an Apple 🍎 Check out @HuffingtonPost's Tweet: https://twitter.com/HuffingtonPost/status/485630520978460672

How does that work?

Was just skipping through the obligatory list that all the Social Networks bring once in while of totally random people they think you might want to contact for the rest of your life.
Ignoring that, it did remind me I want to look for someone specific on both Facebook and Google +.
Baring in mind, and with no disrespect to the person involved, they have a fairly normal name, and are, in no way, famous.
So I type in their name and, at the top of the search results appears the name_ Lady Gaga.
WHAT???

Am a wee bit confused, and sort of concerned.
Other than feeling a little tired, I don't feel that bad (for me least ways)
So why do I feel wobbly?
I'm not drunk (chance would be a fine thing), but, since around dinner time I have been a little unstable.
I'm blaming the infamous "Virus", hoping all will be OK tomorrow.

Boy I can be thick!
I have only just realised that, if I create a post via EveryPost on my phone, and its a long one, and if I have "Post to Twitter" enabled, it creates quite a number of individual twitter posts all 142 characters long....
Just like this post 📯
It will be at least 3 tweets long.

Saturday 5th July 2014

Morning all, and welcome to Saturaday.
Have had a "lie in" such as it was.
The outside world is dull and overcast.
The rain is tipping down.
It's quite mournful.
So I have taken advantage of the weather and have decided that I Will be drawing a picture (or two)
I will be here sometime!

Shoes ...

Have just noticed Dougal's impressive collection of single shoes & Slippers.
I wonder where he got them from ;0)

Just a small story to freak everyone out early in the morning....
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencetech/article-2677858/Bad-news-vegetarians-Plants-hear-eaten.html

Found this via my Google+account. Its really nothing that will change the world, but it made me smile.
It's a good one for Doctor Who fans ....

bagpipes

Has just wheeled the bin out to the street edge ready for tomorrow's bin collection to hear the wailing pipes of the Scunthorpe Haggis Hurling Society (possibly) rolling through the air.
Hate to admit it, but it didn't sound half bad

Isnt it great ?
Have just been reading my Twitter feed youngest first, and, as I go down the time line Andy Murray is getting less of a beating, comment by comment.
If i read down far enough, I'm sure he should be able to start his match again!

Tuesday, June 24, 2014

I did wonder when "that" would come.
The world was bright and sunny until 5 minutes ago.
Then everything went dark and gloomy.
And now??
Lunch may well take a little longer!

Big Smiles ...
Have just found that Sky are repeating today's Austrian GP Qualifying.

Well, here we are again.
I'm sat waiting to goto work on a Saturaday.
I don't know why, but it always feels odd to me.
Hungry though. Food time!!

Friday, June 20, 2014

If I see another "Big Bite" comment about Luis Suarez I may well just scream.
Quote: "Suarez takes a bite out of England"??

Thursday, June 19, 2014

Can I put up with an hour of watching Adrian Chiles before the Football starts??
Not a chance - it's handy that the Antiques Roadshow finishes just at 8.

When it first found favour in the public’s recent imagination (and their TV's) I have to be honest I thought that 3D was a gimmick, a sales ploy for those who were easily impressed.
However, now that I have had that function on our (new) TV I am more impressed the more chance I get to use it.
But then I am quite easily impressed!!
Having recorded David Attenborough’s Natural History Museum Live -3D around Christmas – I am sat here watching and being suitably impressed.
Am now wondering if the Uruguay v England match is in 3D tonight?

Have just found put that Spain is now, effectively, being knocked out of the World Cup.
Now if we could just sort out Holland, Germany, Portugal .......

Tuesday, June 17, 2014

What is the world coming to?
I now have a virus guard and firewall program on my PHONE!!

Good news everyone!
The BBC are remaking Danger Mouse...

Sunday, June 15, 2014

Have, for the last few days, been unsubscribing email subscriptions that I don't need anymore.
Yeah God's, will it ever end?

Am now suffering from Some kind of shock
Both the brain and the eyes were slowly drifting back to sleep. the sound of racing cars was also fading steadily away.
Going to sleep on the settee is not a problem for someone who slept on a bus over several hours.
What you don't expect at around Six in the morning is someone (name withheld) pocket dialling you. HEADACHE!!

Saturday, June 14, 2014

Once again, we are at the weekend with a to do list that doesn't bare concidering.
So much to do, what should I do first?
At the minute, I have to be honest, "Stuff it for now" is my first instinct.
Coffee Mugs empty. That's a task I feel I can handle....

boo boo time.
Have charged the tablet to full battery and then, for some reason, it then didn't close down and/or enter sleep mode properly.
So, when I open it up this morning I get an low battery warning.
4% to be accurate.

well that's a first (for our house least ways).
The balance indicator bar for the Sky+ Box is showing 0% spare.
Offically the hard disc is FULL!!
Question? Who is recording Jeremy Kyle Episodes??

Thursday, June 12, 2014

What was that?
Did someone mention there is Football on later.
Why? Is it any thing important?

Wednesday, June 11, 2014

There I was, window down. Radio in low with the warm winds blowing through the window.
But then I heard a voice.
Quiet. Mute and indistinct. But a voice none the less.
Then nothing. Well not for a few more minutes.
Then another mummble.
I began to wonder what was going on.
As I pulled into the drive. And the van went silent. There it was again. Coats and bags went flying.
Well there you go
I didn't know the satnav could turn its self on??

Tuesday, June 10, 2014

You can tell there is thunder in the air.
Apart from the rumble. Apart from the darkening skies and torrential rain.
We have a far easier indication - Dougal starts barking like "a mad 'un" and running round the house

REALLY! Do people really still keep Monkey's as pets?

Can't the Swedes do anything right.
Their Prime Minster takes Angela Merkle, et al for a row round a nearby lake.
And he wholeheartedly failed to dump David Cameron overboard.

Saturday, June 07, 2014

Should concentrate on what I'm doing.
There are two mugs in the kitchen table. I fill one with coffee and then stare out if the window atbtbe monsoon that is now pouring down in the back garden.
I reach out and pick up a mug and start to walk for the computer in the living room.
I make the computer chair before my brain registers there us no heat in this cup.
I look down to see a mug full of cut off paper.
Pops, wrong mug ....

Arrggghhhh --- the World Cup starts next week.
Wonder if there is enough recorded TV to manage until it gets to the Semi-Finals??

If I see another "Unusual Activity detected" warning, or an email saying "are you sure this is you!! If not, change your password immediately" even though all you have done is log into a new website (usually a WELL known new website) I may well lose it – BIG TIME …..
I couldn’t even use iPlayer yesterday on my Windows tablet because some security setting saw the BBC as a malicious code attempt???
The world is going totally paranoid.

Friday, June 06, 2014

Its on days like today that you don't quite mind so much being at work.
After being wet through for the last few days, to be able to turn the radio off, wind the window down and drive through a beautiful, warm vista of green trees, red Poppy's and a multitude of other colourful countryside flora.
Lovely!!

Thursday, June 05, 2014

It breaks your heart.
There is an old D-Day Veteran on the BBC News, in tears, as he remembers his fellow soldiers, his friends, who never came home.
He describes them as hero’s, but not himself.
They were, and are, all heros’

Wednesday, June 04, 2014

Do I really have to get up for work this morning?
The eyes refuse to work and the brain is fuzzy (fuzzier?).
Am.guessing I should get some breakfast. 1: I'm feeling a little hungry and 2: the dog keeps looking into the kitchen in that "let me out, and then feed me" twitch if the head he gives.

Sunday, June 01, 2014

I really should be doing the bills (or dragging the dog round the park even though I've been in the garden), but the concentration at the minute is absolutely gone

Friday, May 30, 2014

Have got early access to the Polarbear Web app. The Windows app is pretty good, so time to play #PolarbearApp @PolarbearApp

Sunday, May 25, 2014

Arrggghhhh ... I think I may have just been "had". The phone rings, with the display showing the dreaded "Withheld Number" Message. I pick the phone up to hear a recorded message say "Thank You for your interest, One of our Agents will call you back". Damn it

Hummmm…

Now that I know that I can dictate post and the like by talking into my phone.

I wonder?

What will people think I’m doing?

Will they think I’m losing it ?

Thursday, May 22, 2014

What a start to the day!!
Day Off and I actually get a lie in (if you can call 7 O'Clock late ;0) ). But I wake up with a bout of SSS (Stupid Stomach Syndrome). My plan for a couple of outside jobs goes flying out to the window and I wakeup to a face full of Dougal.
Never mind, even though there is a list of jobs as long as your arm - watercolours on the kitchen table sounds nice about now

Sunday, May 18, 2014

Not in the mood for gardening. or Ironing. Or sweeping. Or dusting.....
Not in the mood, but it all still needs doing.
Watercolours or Motorbikes (or both) - now that would be a good alternative.
Wouldn't achieve much though.
Oh well, quick drink of "Council Pop" then back to the lawn mower ......

Am wondering .....

Am wondering if all this blogging and posting is really worth anything.?

I went to sleep last night with the sounds of someone’s BBQ/Disco/Stoned out their heads party still throwing out dodgy tunes at 11:30 pm (luckily for me I tend to sleep through the noise caused by a local world war )

I wake up this morning to the blessed sound of the dawn chorus.

Or so I thought.

There, just at the edge of all that natural sound is something artificial.

It sounds very low level, almost like the sound of an old style movie radio broadcast. And I don’t know where it’s coming from.

URGGGHHH...
Have just seen a photograph of myself.
Whats the saying? -- "I have a Face for Radio"

"Enjoy hundreds of movies on demand, including the latest premieres"
So goes the tag line on the index page of Sky Movies on Demand. Having got a little fedup of watching Myth Busters AGAIN!! I thought I would look for something different to watch.
I guess I'm just in one of those moods, in some odd, and strange, mind set; as I have gone through THE WHOLE LIST and could see nothing that I wanted to watch.
Time to search Netflix I guess....

Ain't that just typical?
You spend all week at work feeling pretty much (for me - least ways) OK!
Then, I wake up this morning.
Every limb, with the ability to ben, aches.
The nose is running like Niagra Falls, and the ears feel full to bursting.
Welcome to the weekend!!!

Is it only me that winces when you get an email entitled "Notice-Important Information" or "Important - Account Upgrade"
This is usually followed by a statement along the lines of "After extensive Customer Research/Customer feedback we have decided to improve of service by …..”.
This, in my experience usually ends up with a list of “improvements” that I had never even considered, nor would use either. And then, at the bottom, is usually an apology, but from next month your subscription NOW will cost..
It’s like they are doing you a favour!!

Tuesday, May 13, 2014

The Russians seem to have quite a "mardy" on at the minute.
Have just heard on the news that they are concidering running their own "Eurovision" type competition, especially seeing who won this years fix (sorry competition).
I think they should - that will give me TWO programs to avoid like the plague

Sunday, May 11, 2014

Scary.....
Have just seen Harry Hill with a reasonable head of hair????

Saturday, May 10, 2014

Am up, once again far to early for a none work day.

Far to early to be awake on ANY day!

Anyway, I’m sat looking for new apps for my new phone thinking that there are many, many awful apps when I sort of see something out of the corner of my eye. Initially Dougie does nothing so there is nothing – right?

Head stays down looking at the phone – but there is still that feel that you are being watched.

There really is someone there.

And this time Dougie moves.

I look out towards the hallway to see nothing.

No noise. No signs. No nothing.

So I wander out into the hall to have a look.

Then I jump out if my skin. To see someone St the top of the stairs.

Since when does Laura move round the house without making a sound?

Wednesday, May 07, 2014

The only things daft enough to be awake this early in our house are usually me, and the dog.
And then, after a fuss, he always goes back to sleep.
Then, imagine my confusion, as l force my eye lids open, to hear the clicking "Countdown" sound that always precedes afresh section of 24
I wonder who's awake?

Haven’t been on Hootsuite for an absolu

Haven’t been on Hootsuite for an absolute age. I wonder if it still works for posting messages?

Ha Ha that has to one of the funniest things I have heard in a while.
Am watching the relatively rough and tough world of British Super Bikes on EuroSport.
It did bring a smile to my face when the commentators, who regularly quote “So and So, riding for Rough and Tough Racing”, bring out “ So and So, riding for HARIBO, STARMIX RACING”
Love it

Sunday, May 04, 2014

Oh Dear, Oh Dear
Am spoilt for choice.
Have just realised there is BTCC on ITV4, MotoGP (and the support races) on BT Sport and Auto GP/World Touring Cars on Eurosport.
What a dilemma…

Monday, April 28, 2014

Several hours later I'm still a little puzzled.
I go to the GP's to try and finally sort my sore sinuses and, during the consultation he asks ME what should we do?
That really caught me on the hop, I tjpught he was the Doctor and I was asking him what should we do next?

Friday, April 25, 2014

Never did get to finish ( or should I say, start to finish) any of my pictures.
What I have done is try to sort out the various bags and boxes I have my books, paints and pencils in.
And, finally, I get to my Red "Tool Box".
I empty it to find the tray full of Rice Krispies??
Where, in the name of Hector, did they come from???

Arrggghhh ... am day off today and, as I'm the first one up, I thought I would start the day with a little sketching and, more likely, a little watercolour painting.
So I find my various boxes and bags to realise how much work I have left myself.
Drawings to finish using Watercolours -- 5
Drawings to finish using coloured pencils -- 20!
Opps ...

Wednesday, April 23, 2014

Flipping typical - you move stuff around in your "Man Bag", lay your tablet on a box while your sorting and then split the case when you catch it on the edge of the framework while you are in the process of putting it back in your bag. Oh NUTS!

Monday, April 21, 2014

You have to love Fifth Gear.
Watching Tiff and Jason having to work together ona Rally Stage against Nicky Grist and a proper rallydriver. This is going to be interesting
#fifthgear #jasonandtiff

Now I know It's a Bank Holiday.
I have found a channel showing" The Great Escape"
A real classic!

Have got a question?
How many people who own a Tablet device turn them off when they are finished with them?
I guess most people let them "sleep"or the screen time out etc.
But i have actually observed at least 2 different people fully power them down.
And I thought to myself, at that point, was why?

Confused...

I sometimes despair of the way the Internet works ...
Have just received an email from Microsoft Email services advising me "to check the following unusual account activity" and change my password should this investigation prove to be an account highjack attempt.
In these emails, there were, identified, two alternate IP addresses.
Having nearly dived straight into changing passwords, AGAIN, I thought "No" and quickly investigated the possibility of seeing if I could ID the owners of said IP addresses.
After a couple of minutes, it became fairly obvious that the owners of the "dangerous addresses" turned out to be MICROSOFT!!
One address was ID'ed as a logon server (?) and the other was one or several email servers.

Breaking a generally applied habit ...
Am watching the F1 Practice session via Sky F1, where as normally I would stick to watching just the qualifying and the main race
#chineseGP #SkyF1 #Golewis

Am at the point of despair, I utterly and totally give up.
I'm off back to hide in bed.
I wakeup too early, go to pick my prescription to find the required Chemist is shut for Good friday (having passed at least three others that are open)
Have had to resort to the dark glasses because of a noticable headache and now, the killer.
Am having to re-install the windows tablet as I fired it up to an empty green screen
ARRRGGGGHHHHHH!!!!!

GIF's

Have been playing with GIF creation.

In all this time on the good old internet, these are some of the first constructs that I have even considered trying to build. And, with Photo images too.

What!

Am having a "whoops" moment.
Instead of having the TV blaring out pointlessly in the background, I have put a Flash Drive full of MP3's on play, through Dad's HiFi.
But it shows you how much notice I am really taking as I work on the computer.
The MP3's must have worked their way through the files and their are now playing some saved Christmas Tracks.
REALLY!!

Well that's that!

The first lie-in opportunity of the Easter Weekends goes begging.
Was rather hoping a relatively late 8 O’clock wakeup. Fat chance. I wake up even earlier than normal.
Oh well, will have to be forced to listen to the radio and play on the computer.
Life can be such a strain sometimes

Thursday, April 17, 2014

What a surprise!!

Have just been watching the BBC Breakfast News and they have just run a story on a Which Product Investigation.
The Investigation?
The investigstion was into the amount of Lamb they could find in various Lamb Curries and Kababs.
And, out of 60 random tests they found 12 samples that had other types of meat , usually chicken or steak
But the more concerning was the fact that in 7cases the test team COULD'NT id the type of meat, at ALL.

Vandals?

Have just had one of those "love that" moments.
Having had a number of Car tyres be cut, the neighbours in a town in Cumbria had clubbed together to setup a CCTV camera to try an catch the vandals involved.
For a number of days nothing happens. People walk passed, but all the Cars remain unharmed.
Then, it was noticed that a Collie Dog wanders past. Nothing unusual in that as people walk their dogs in this area all the time.
Then the Collie turns and attacks the car tyres, puncturing the two at the roadside.
It turns out that this is the dog version of revenge. A Car had nearly run the Collie down around 18 Months ago, and she is just getting her own back.
At least the only "penalty' against the dog is that she will have to now walk the streets on a lead:

Wednesday, April 16, 2014

I may well just scream at the computer monitor/the internet in general if I click thorough to another website which then asks, via means of a pop-up, "Would you be kind enough to take a short survey to help improve our site"
The issue is always the same – the home page as just completed appearing in the browser and, even though you have only just arrived, and you haven't actually looked at ANYTHING associated with that site, up pops the YES/NO Buttons of a survey.
Will they all, for the love of Mike, pack it in.

Apologies

Apolgies due, all round.
I walk into the house saying "Hello" to Dougal as he looks down from the top of the stairs.
I then shout "Hello" to any one who was listening.
Silence came the reply.
"Ignorant Gits" answered the thought in my head.
I book off from work, watch some TV, drink some milk and decide to get changed.
It is then I realise that the house is devoid of Human's.
Now I feel a little guilty. But only a little...

Tuesday, April 15, 2014

Ha Ha, that was funny.
Was Watching a BBC report into discovery of a TRex fossil.
And how did the reporter replicate the means of discovering the correct boulder?
Both she, and the archaeologist, get down on all fours and start licking rocks?
Classic!

Stupid doen't describe it ..

Must have really had a stupid pill today (either that or the brain numbing is due to sinuses/cold symptoms’ – probably a mixture of the two)
Even though we have recently purchased the most powerful Desktop Computer that we can afford I have, for the third time today tried to get the poor thing to process 100+ images in Photoshop in one go, instead of doing them 10-20 at a time.
And, with that in mind, I am then getting annoyed with the technology, the hardware and everything else nearby when the fact that the computer is locking up is due to my own stupidity.
Time to start over, for the fourth time – and this time I WILL use Photoshop with only a handful of images at a time

Am still going through all the images taken, both still and video, in the last week (That being Alan's Birthday and our visit to Tywcross/Gadget Show)
I know this will be me being too critical, but I am very disappointed by my own photo's - especially from the NEC.
Was trying to use other techniques other than sticking the canera on auotmatic, and blinding, and ruining, other peoples' enjoyment of the show by blinding them with a flash
Too much of a perfectionist I guess....

Saturday, April 12, 2014

Oh dear!!

I have, after many many years of using Photoshop Elements, got access to the full blown version.
Talk about Chalk and Cheese
I can now see my struggling with a steep learning curve heaving up over the horizon. And, on top of that I now have access to Light box!!
What the hell is the difference?
At this moment in time my mind is in total Park.Totally out to lunch.
The worst thing is, I suspect, the differences are probibly not that great. But at the minute?
Feeling like Mr Thicky don't really cover it !!
Only two days worth of pictures (that is quite a few!) to sort.

Thursday, April 10, 2014

Nearly ready …..

Just finishing up breakfast, and then it will be off to the NEC for the Gadget Show Live.

Not really sure when (or if) this message will get sent.

It has been a peaceful night, phone wise as the only signal you can get is at the far end if the car park . And the WiFi has been restricted to 2 hours as the O2 wifi used here needs a confirmation code – which you receive via text!

Gadgetshow Live Day Two

Am sat in a hotel room having slept fairly badly – not that unusual I know, it’s not my own bed, the building has strange creaks and noises.

Am looking forward to getting to the NEC, although I’m not really sure what I’m wanting to see the most.

Wednesday 09 April 2014

Sort of caught between a rock and a hard place.

Need a Doctor’s appointment to sort out the usual Sinus Blockages (Boooooo….)

But, on the other hand Cathy and I should be away this afternoon for on overnighter in Birmingham to go see the Gadget Show Live (and the kids get to house sit – YEAH!!).

Suspect a Doctors appointment may well be slightly fanciful, I know how difficult it is to do these days – phone on auto dial from 8 it is then..

Oh mighty enthusiasm – where have you gone?

Does anyone know? Has anyone seen or heard from it?

NO! It must be Monday then

Sunday, April 06, 2014

Now that’s what I call motor racing – both Lewis and Nico fighting for the lead, just what you would expect. Nice one

Formula 1

Am sat happily waiting for the 900th F1 race to start.

And, apparently it is the 250th race for Jenson Button. Shouldn’t be long now

Will someone tell those damn Birds to shut up!!
Where is Dougal when you need him?

What the!!

I wake up in the middle of the night, try to go back to sleep like any normal person would. But did it work.?

of course not!!

Have been watching Breaking Magic for the last 2ish hours. l guess I will nod off later, but I as long as I’m awake for the cars @ around4.

Am sat on the couch in the lounge having, once again , woken again at stupid O'clock. Although I'm really tired, it would appear that, for now, sleep is out of the question. At least on demand has got Breaking Magic to watch. Kettle on and vainly trying to get comfy. Never mind, as long as I'm awake around4 for the GPI will be fine

Why, in the name of all that is holy am I NOT doing something useful, but i am sat at the computer (not so bad) watching (or, should I say more listening) to the Top 100 Disney Moments.
I must be mad?

It’s Saturday!!

Am sat wondering what to do next.
Internet Explorer has stopped working in Desktop Mode, on the main computer (so I may well just leaving Chrome as the browser of choice and sod to Microsoft), yet, the IE Windows 8 App is fine and dandy – so work that out, because it makes little or no sense to me.
I have a list of jobs to do as long as your arm, but am thinking of having a MythBusters Marathon and a Nap.
Hummmmmmmmm…….. The nap sounds appealing

Good Old BT Internet.

I begin to wonder what is happening on the internet in the last few weeks
Several App's and websites have reported "Unusual Activity", along with a comment along the lines "We have detected unusual activity/and aborted/unusual login attempt" and then feeds back an IP address.
Having had one password to change this week I hit the Google SearchBox to research who the owner of the recorded IP address is ...

Having had IP addresses attached to servers in Norwich, Glasgow and several other UK locals, it turns out that the IP addresses belong to the BT Internet Network.
None of this ever happened why I was on copper broadband, only since I went onto Infinity.
At least it explains why Google and Yahoo thought my locale was somewhere other than North Lincolnshire

Political Cat fight.?

Have been listening to the news reports of the TV debate last night between Farage and Clegg. In sounds like I was right the do something else. An ill tempered shouting match from 2 un important party leaders

Not happy, and quite angry ...

Have just spent a substantial amount of time trying to work out how I ended up with 100+ new "following" accounts in twitter in just a couple of hours (all was OK at tea time). Have chnaged my account settings - but it really does annoy

Friday, March 28, 2014

Morning ....

Morning Everyone, Friday has snuck up on me, which means two more days and then it’s back to work.
Pleasant enough wake up though – turn on the TV for BBC Breakfast, and then remember – RACING CARS!
Not only is there the Malaysian GP this weekend, but I also believe that the BTCC is back – Google time :0)

Must remember, Tablet's & Tablet PC's DO NOT have the same storage capacity that the 2TB desktop has. Must Remember - storage is no where near...

Mr Mardy's back

I know that, when you are tired, and then something happens, the feeling that “someone is picking on you” becomes a perception, a coincidence.
But, the Mr Mardy side of my personality has reared his ugly head.
Having been awake, on and off, since 4:30-5.
And having been shocked awake three times now when I just getting back to sleep, I hope that there is no further interventions – else someone could be leaving the premises with something missing

Wednesday, March 26, 2014

Steadily going no where - fast

I GIVE UP!!!
They tell you to eat fruit, drink fruit based products and eat fibre based Cereals, because they are traded as being good for you.
Then I watch “Rip Off Britain”
Cereals have far too much refined sugar. Although Smoothies are “the right kind of sugar”, because the fruit has been crushed, those sugars now become harmful.
And low fat products!! Low fat, maybe. High Sugar – almost certainly.
I give up – Bacon and Egg fry up’s back for Breakfast

I thought that I would, for once, get in front and charge up my camera batteries ready for various up and coming “events” (although a re-charge probably wouldn’t be out of the question)
I have just realised, where the HELL did all those batteries come from?

Am getting to one of those "Screaming at the Internet" senario's again.
To be honest, its more sraeming at the scum bags who think its fair game to attempt to ruin Joe Average's use of the internet.
In the last few days I have had numerous "Please click the link to reactivate your ...." emails, several of which were nearly good enough to catch me out.
And then several online friends have had their ID's attached to dodgy files and links.
And things don't seem to be getting any better - could the authorities concider removing these people from the planet.
That said, is some of this CAUSED by the Authorities??

Am sat here, quietly smiling to myself.
I was worried that the weather, on my week off, would be a bit rubbish. And to some extent it is.
But here I am, have just finished watching father Ted on what was LoveFilm, and am now watch Mock the Week on Sky on Demand and looking out the window at people walking past looking cold, whilst I'm nice and toasty.
You have to take the postives where you can find them ;0)

I give up...

A week or so ago, I was certain that one of my well used Flash Drives had died!!
Sad, but these things happen - they are not exactly designed to run forever anymore.
So, today, I plug in my other, and the replacement drive into the USB Hub I have. What a shock! Two of the ports don't work, but the "old" flash drive has just sparked up without an issue.
Oh NUTS!!

Friday 28th Feb 2014 - 19:35

It would be fair to say it has been an awkward week.
Dodgy Sinuses. Aches and pains and some difficult jobs at work.
I'm absolutely shattered.
So tired in fact that, literally in the last couple of minutes I have realised that it is, in fact, PAYDAY!!!
The hard part is that I have had to get my work laptop back out, fire it up, and log in so I can see how much they have paid me.
God I miss posted, paper Wage Slips

The End of the World

That is not the way to wake up, early!

The Second Martian Invasion was all the worse because Mankind knew what was coming, and ran anyway.
Tripod attack machines, flanked by new, smaller "Walkers" came out of the morning mist as they had done all those years ago.
The Heat Ray was no more destructive than we had been told by the survivors of the first Invasion. And we have just heard, as the TV and Radio Signals failed, that the first reports of the use of Black Smoke are also coming in.
Some people saw the sense in preparing. Rucksac's, Food. Guns and Weapons .
But most believed the Authorities.
It couldn't happen again. And even if it could, they would never leave Mars without an Earth borne reply. But no one saw them coming.

God, I hate nightmares!!!

Well, that's that!

Well, that's that.

My 50th Birthday has now Come and gone, and as surely as night follows day, the rain is returning to ruin my workday.

Never mind I should be used to that by now

musing at lunch

Here I'm sat quietly having lunch at work while realising that I really have so much "Internet Rubbish" There must be hundre...
