Fedup, Fedup, fedup ...

I suppose you get the idea.

I know things are progressing (slowly, so very slowly), but sometimes it feels like I'm getting no where - fast.

It's the waiting that get annoyed with. Luckily, having received another appointment for two weeks on Wednesday (4th November), I have now managed to get an appointment next Wednesday - only a week's difference. But a week's a week.

The appointment is with an "agent" for the Hospital, not the Hospital direct.

I,m told this is like a filter process (they describe it as an orthopedic Triage session) to see if I actually need to see the Consultant, or whether "alternative" treatment would be suitable. What that would be, I don't really know, and I'm not sure what to expect - we'll see.

You can tell I’m bored

Here we are writing another entry.
Having had to get another computer, re entering all the programs and the like has been somewhat of a large task (on going too...).
The new computer has, however a running Program for a Tablet PC.
And, as I already have a pen tablet from the old setup, the idea of trying hand writing recognition seemed like a good idea.
Did it work?
Well yes and no!!
The translation of writing to text is fine (but not prefect), but it doesn't half make your wrist hurt. Maybe its because we (I) don't write that much anymore.
Speech Recognition, on the other hand, has been a complete night mere!!
It would seem it doesn't really like my voice that much. Along with the fact that any extraneous noise seems to be picked up by the microphone and dealt with as an inserted word, commend or just plain "what was that?".
Is it any easier than typing - in the real world NO, not just yet least ways.

Another week goes by ...

Have been fairly quiet this week, not that much to say.

The house is full of the sick and lame (apart from Liam, who doesn't seem to have caught anything) . Lisa, has today, gone off to Uni, so we'll have to see how Liam manages without (or would that be the other way round - LOL).

Laura's still coughing.
Cathy's still sniffing, with aching arms and legs
AND ME?

Still Bored. Still waiting.
And maybe getting tooth ache again (the jaw is sore and there's an odd "bloody" taste in my mouth at the moment)
