Here I am, driving through the puddles and standing water of the countryside between Keadby and Eastoft. As I approach Luddington, a green Ford appears out of the bends and the drivers window is DOWN. Not only that, but we are both coming up to a big pool of standing water. It is at this point I can feel a smirk forming on my face, and that thought "if I can make that puddle at the right time, could i flick water into his window?"email

Wet?
Well that a nice warm bath to finish a damp, wet, miserable day. You wouldn't think it's summer. Have not long since finished taking Dougie for a walk through Central Park. Most of the big grass spaces are still under a shallow, but significant pool of rain water. Nice!!email

I really don't know what it is about Saturday rosters that I don't like. The jobs are the same (pretty much). The way things are done is pretty much the same. But it doesn't feel the same - I could quite happily be firing arrows. And there is even fewer people to talk too!! ;0( Oh well, that's my lunch time. Time to move on ....

I know some people who will cringe at this ( and plenty more who wont !) but I finally got to see the Steps Concert Special on Sky last night.. And I did enjoy it (after smiling at all blokes of my age singing along and hand dancing ;0) ) And, you know what, I went to sleep feeling happy. You can't really beat that sort of feeling can you.
