To all the Cat lovers out there, the feline friends were only mentioned as they have featured large in tonight's programme - nothing personal. Have to say, they don't mention Goldfish that often - only the humans that fall in with them.email

After a dodgy afternoon - a smile. Am watching "You've Been Framed" - what is it about the pain of others that we find entertaining? All that, and Cats falling off tables, and then Karate kicking bedroom soft furnishings. Cruel sod aint I?email

Am in a bit of a Quandary

I am a bit perplexed at the moment.

I'm sat, with the sunshine streaming through my van window, having 5 minutes with Pink singing away on the radio, wondering.

I have been asked if I would be interested in showing some of my Paintings in a local Exhibition. Initially I said nothing and thought “Oh Oh”. then I though why not, and left a message for the lady organising the whole thing to contact me with the arrangements.

And now, I'm not so sure.

Did like doing Art at School. And didn't do any at home for several years after that. Even the pictures I have done since, although images have appeared on my various websites (when they worked), the real pictures, the real Watercolours have always been in my care. They have always been for me, and I have never really shared them (bar one picture of a pet).

I guess that I am frightened of what people would make of the things that I deem “personal property”.
I am also guessing that I will still go through with the Exhibition (should I be invited). I think that I would be a bit of a fool if I didn't at least do this at least once.

Just to know.

But, with all that taken into consideration I am still not sure.

It's Saturaday

Morning all. Am so tired at the moment, and I have to "survive" another 8 hours at work (am not jealous of those of you who are off today) Never mind - off tomorrow, although the list of jobs that need doing is ridiculous. Have a good, safe day everyone

What a start to the weekend. Firstly many thanks to Trevor for pointing me in the direction of Ubuntu ( http://www.ubuntu.com/) - it looks like there will be life in that old laptop yet (Thanks to Rocky too). But, looking at the list of things to do this weekend, I still can't see how i am going to fit all the jobs into the waking hours I have available.
