HELP

I'm Pulling my hair out

I have just been trying to upload an image to this page - using the help files listing what to do and how to do it.

What ever I try I fail.
I use internet explorer as the FTP client - I cann't get logged in - even though , I think, I have put in all the correct information.

The same happens if I use a seperate FTP client (WS Pro). I have set up an account within the program (just the same way I have for uploading to my website and that works OK) and the user name gets recognised but not the password (which is the same passwrod as the one I used to log into the main site and type this)

I have tried ftp-ing whislt logged onto this site - whilst log off this site and as many combinations as I can come up with in the middle. Anyone else have any ideas - could you please e-mail via this link Click here
